All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Airelle is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout and choose a safe, secure delivery location.
For added peace of mind, we recommend considering a PO Box or parcel locker, particularly if you live in an apartment or unit complex.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Australian Orders
Prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars. For most orders valued at AUD $1,000 or less, there are generally no additional customs duties, taxes or import charges payable at the Australian border.
For orders valued over AUD $1,000, additional duties, taxes and import charges may apply in accordance with Australian customs requirements.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees and your parcel is returned to Airelle, any return shipping costs or other fees incurred by Airelle may be deducted from your refund.
